2G/3G RF ENGINEER

My client is currently looking for a 2G/3G RF Engineer to support a U900 roll out in Western Europe.

The successful 2G/3G RF engineer must have at least:

Experience in 2G/3G optimization
Experience in Huawei equipment
Experience in PRS reporting and Huawei parameters changes.

The 2G/3G RF engineer must be able to

Face customer directly
Work with minimal supervision
Accountable to monitor, keep and report same performance as before U900 integration, for site itself and surroundings
Ability to perform troubleshooting in case of KPI degradation on OSS but also on DT side
Provide all requested parameters / ADJC link to introduction of new sites.
