2nd Line Desktop Support Needed!!
My Client, a leading online retail company are urgently looking for a Desktop Support engineer to provide 2nd Line Desktop Support.
You will be working with internal business customers and IT departments to implement IT solutions. You will also be creating documentation and processes for systems implementations which are clear, concise and meet the requirements of the 1st line support.
We are looking for strong experience with the following:
Strong knowledge of Wintel based hardware, software and networking
Microsoft office suite including Visio and project 2003/2007
Central management deployment tool
Citrix application suite
Working within an Active Directory infrastructure
Working within a Exchange 2003/2007 infrastructure
An understanding of ITIL
Ideally a computer science or technology relater degree
The ability to use and support the Microsoft office suite of products to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, emails, project plans and presentations.
