2nd Line/ Desktop Support - Perth - short term assignment - Immediately available

Our client an internationally recognised organisation seek a Desktop support candidate to help with an overflow of user issues. You will be asked to assist with the back log of tickets either through telephone or remote access.

The client is currently working in a Windows environment so troubleshooting in MS programs is advantageous.

Previous experience in 2nd line/ Desktop support is a must along with the ability to work in a highly pressurised IT environment.

If you have had exposure in assisting with a site move that would be ideal.

The position is a short term contract based within Perth and they are looking for someone who can start immediately.
