Our client requires two talented Service Desk Analysts for level 1 support positions commencing as soon as possible. This is an interesting role in a supportive collegiate environment and as such, has access to multiple technologies. You will have the opportunity to work with a skilled and successful team and advance your skills and expertise.

Key Duties

·    Act as a first point of contact for incoming incidents

·    Take ownership of assigned incidents

·    Identify and escalate appropriate issues

·    Develop and maintain a high level of customer service

·    Work effectively within a team environment

Key Skills & Experience Required

·    Previous experience within a similar environment, providing 1^st level support

·    Solid customer service background

·    Strong communication skills

·    Prior experience using an incident management system

·    Must have supported both Windows XP and Windows 7

·    Must have supported Office 2010

·    Solid Active Directory skills

·    A Genuine passion for IT

·    Proactive, responsible, mature, professional work ethic
