3G RF Performance & Optimisation Engineer
My client is looking for a 3G Performance & Optimization engineer with strong WCDMA/HSPA RAN experience.
The candidate will be part of the RAN Performance team acting as a 3G Optimisation & Performance engineer.
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Monitor & analyze WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis.
Maintain and improve Performance KPIs.
Analyze KPIs and 3G traffic.
Identify performance bottlenecks.
Parameter Audits and consistency checks.
Monitor performance after major changes and generate impact reports.
Drive test analysis.
Develop Radio Network Performance Reports.
Participate in Event preparations and Projects.
It is expected that this candidate shall have at least 5 years experience and the required education and hands-on knowledge:
Knowledge of WCDMA/HSPA (GSM/GPRS) systems, with emphasis UTRAN W10.
Experience as GSM/UMTS optimization and/or performance engineer in GSM/UMTS radio networks with substantial load.
Deep knowledge and understanding of UTRAN W10 counters, KPIs and parameters.
Must have experience with GPEH and UETR tracing, parsing and analysis.
Knowledge and experience with Business Objects, SQL, MapInfo, MOShell, Atoll, TEMS-V.
