My client is an award winning and growing software company with a unique offering in the market place. Based in Melbourne's CBD, with offices around the globe, as the team grows, they are looking for a new Application Support Rep. The company promotes internal growth, and you will have the opportunity to move up within the team. This is a young and dynamic environment, and due to the small size of the team, you will need to be hard working and have a strong work ethic. The last couple of support guys hired have already been moved into the QA team.

This role would possible suit a graduate at the start of their career who has a desire to move into Product Development or QA roles long-term.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Excellent trouble shooting skills

Experience working in a external customer service environment with a passion for customer care

A keen eye for detail

The ability to reproduce a problem and potentially debug

Advanced communication skills, particularly written (grammar and spelling)

Only one to two years experience in a technical support position

A passion for technology and a willingness to learn
