Our client a Leading software company based in the city are seeking to recruit a Client Services Manager/Director to join their team. You will be developing and implementing strategic direction for its newly created Client Services Department. Managing a team of 8 Product specialists and working alongside IT you will be making sure their clients receive everything they need from implementation to upgrades on the Product.
Duties include:
* Ensures clients receive outstanding service
* Responsible for client implementations, client satisfaction and client performance and support
* Sets service and performance benchmarks and goals for the division and team.
* Designs, develops, implements and assigns processes and procedures
* Ensures group participation for problem resolution
* Identifies and monitors trends involving incoming cases, and drives initiatives for continual improvement.
* Establishes and maintains professional business relationships with major clients to promote business growth, profitability and client satisfaction
Looking for people with similar experience with the following:
* Degree educated in Computer Science, Maths or technical degree or equilant
* Broad based technical and client support experience, preferably in the software industry. Event management experience and training a plus
* Passion for customer satisfaction
* Natural leader, capable of identifying problems and creative solutions
* Ability to think strategically about clients' needs and turn these into actionable work
* Proven experience and success leading teams
* Self-starter and, simultaneously, a team player
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
* Experienced in technical project implementation
* Ability to under technical design specifications
* Ability to analyse clients business purposes, needs and goals
