Our client are an instantly recognisable brand with a market leading e-commerce/online presence. They are currently on the market for an experienced Storage and backup administrator to join their enterprise infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
SAN and API disk configuration.
Identification, prioritization and resolution of issues using Tivoli Storage Management (TSM)
Performance and troubleshooting of all SAN technologies
Administration of TSM infrastructure, disks, SAN infrastructure, switches and additional hardware.
Work along side the technical architects contributing to Storage/SAN designs.
Client Requirements
Working knowledge of IBM Storage products IE SVC, DS, ESS
Experience of working within a SAN and TSM infrastructure
Strong Experience with UNIX systems including with Shell and Perl scripting
