My client a Global law firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for managing global, firm-wide projects. Projects will be varied in nature, e.g. creating a new website, evaluating and implementing new programmes and services, management and rollout of legal project management, or improving processes through analysis and redesign. In addition to project management, responsibilities may include employing various types of analysis, problem-solving principles, or use of process methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Prince 2) to implement business change management and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Looking for candidates with similar experience ideally within Legal or Professional services with the following:
Proven track record of managing multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity in an international law firm or other professional services firm
Can demonstrate successful change management experience
Lean, Six Sigma qualification (or quality and process improvement, ITIL, Prince) project experience is essential
Knowledge and understanding of project methodologies, project management tools and techniques
Can analyse and interpret complex information/data to present statistical information and/or reports
Commercial awareness to understand business needs supplemented by strong business analysis skills to enable the design of solutions to meet those requirements
Demonstrable experience of devising and managing project budgets
Technical awareness, particularly related to Microsoft Office and Project products and preferably legal applications
