Project Manager - CRM, Web app, Online, Dev - London - up to 45k.
My client a Global Media company are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a new role for the team so you will have the opportunity to work on all types of Projects from Web Application to online. You will work with other teams within the business to deliver the projects from Conception to completion.
Other duties include:
* Manage a varied programme of technical projects that support the activities of online services and internal business processes;
* To define and scope projects, ensuring technical and budget feasibility is reviewed;
* To ensure that solutions identified/delivered make the best use of current and planned infrastructure
* Provide management reporting on projects - establishing a reporting framework for use across all technology projects
* Ensure appropriate handover of project outputs (systems, services, processes) to operational teams
Looking for candidates with similar experience in the following:
* Experience of managing CRM, online projects 'end to end'
* Proven PM background ideally in an online database-driven environment;
* Experience of managing both Agile and waterfall projects, (SCRUM, PRINCE2);
* An approachable, friendly manner and a team player;
* A strong customer focus, recognising internal and external customers, establishing effective relationships;
* Strong communication (verbal/written) and influencing skills, with an ability to manage internal and external relationships up to senior levels of management;
* An understanding of n-tiered application structures;
* Experience of working within a lightweight project methodology;
* Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects;
* Project reporting and cost control experience;
