Salesforce CRM Analyst - salesforce.com, dashboards, projects, training, configure - London - 50k
My client a global media company are seeking to recruit an experienced Salesforce CRM Analyst to join their team. This is a new position as they are still on Phase 1 on the configuration so ideally they would like someone to join and work with the consultancy.
Duties include:
* Working closely with Project PM, UK business stakeholders and 3rd party consulting partner in all aspects of delivering the CRM solution
o Help gather and understand CRM requirements
o Analysis & Design of Sales, Marketing and Franchise processes
o Documenting requirement test cases to be used to judge developments
o Key tester who will run final acceptance of the system
o Documentation of training manuals
o Training delivery across the business as part of the deployment
o Key member of the data migration team
o Build dashboards & reports
* Continually develop, optimise and enhance the CRM platform
* 2nd and last line support contact for SalesForce CRM across the Business, and advisor to other International sites on SalesForce.com
* Day to day administration & maintenance of SalesForce.com platform
* Monitoring the integrity of the SF platform, both data quality and setup
Looking for people with similar experience, ideally from a salesforce background but would welcome people with good CRM Experience who would like to get involved in Salesforce as training can be given if shown the right attitude and aptitude.
Must also have the following:
* Excellent Analytical & Process Skills
* Proactive, Challenging / Innovative & Insightful
* Comfortable working autonomously and independently
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Must have worked in an IT & Business change project delivery environment
* Must have at least 3 Design to GoLive project lifecycles of SalesForce.com
* Must be excellent at configuring the SalesForce.com application including building dashboards, forms and business process flows
* Must have supported the SalesForce.com platform or equivalent CRM in a busy sales & marketing environment
* Should have good knowledge of analysing sales and marketing processes in various companies and recommending changes
* Previous experience working in a Media (or fast moving) company desirable as is any experience of working in a sales environment generally
