My client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for their dynamic media organization. You will consistently use templates to recreate analysis and process review. You will provide project documentation (e.g. user stories and business process workflows) and communicate affectively between development and business teams. My client works to agile principles, so familiarity in this methodology is essential. Working closely with the Head of PMO, you will provide a senior level view of the BA team, non-direct reports, and their status on the project. You will be able to mentor any juniors on their business analysis responsibilities. As a Business Analyst for my client you will be involved in the preparation and performance of test scripts and coordinating UAT testing.

 

The ideal candidate will have significantly developed their career as a business analyst and had some previous responsibilities mentoring juniors. You will be involved in an agile environment, so any experience in this area would be highly advantageous, as would experience in the media industry. You must be familiar with Microsoft systems (databases and programming languages) and understand web interfaces and how they communicate with legacy systems. You must have an understanding of internet architecture and how to affectively communicate with development teams in this space. Importantly, you must be highly competent in writing user stories and communicating with all business levels. As with most IT roles, a keen interest in emerging technologies is highly advantageous as my client works in an agile environment that is constantly looking to innovate and develop.

 

 

Essential:
