Test Manager Required. Test Manager required to join an international Investment Management company who are expanding there operation due to unprecedented global growth within the company.
We are looking for a strong Test Manager who is strong on overseeing and enforcing testing, rather than being a 'hands on tester'. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Test Manager who is dedicated to the delivery of quality service and systems. You will be joining an already established and vital team who are a key component within the company.
Key Skills
* SQL and other Database Management tools
At least 3 years experience with an Investment Management Company
* Good communication skills; able to interact confidently with people at all levels of the business
* Able to build and maintain good working relationships with all staff
* Diplomacy is key, with a firm but pragmatic approach to delivery
* Have the ability to stand their ground while also being flexible enough to keep the business need as a priority
* Ability to work in a team or as an individual
* Reliable, self-motivated with good organizational skills
* Able to learn new technologies quickly
* Attention to detail and accuracy is key, while keeping a broader view of end to end deliverables
You will be working with the Buisness and Technology Departments.
